Brianna Williams joined NACTO in 2019 as an Associate Director of Operations for the Global Designing Cities Initiative, a multi-year program that works with cities around the world to promote safe, equitable and sustainable public space and street design. She primarily supports the strategic growth and development of the program, including assisting with financial management and streamlining office operations and program management.
Brianna brings over ten years of experience in finance and operations management. Through her series of roles, she has managed multiple aspects of an organization, including human resources, finance, legal, and administrative. Prior to NACTO, she worked as a Finance & Operations Manager with Global Impact Investing Network, where she managed the operational needs of a $8M+ organization with a vision for a future where all investors integrate impact considerations in to all decisions. Brianna also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Burkina Faso, volunteered as an English Teacher’s assistant in Costa Rica and worked remotely alongside the International Humanity Foundation’s Indonesia chapter.
Brianna received her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Alliant International University in San Diego.
